PATHWAYPROGRAMS COORDINATOR

The Singapore Shooting Association (“SSA”) warmly invites energetic and forward-looking individuals with cheerful characters to apply for the position. The appointed is expected to:

· Report to Pathway Program Manager

· Plan annual, monthly and weekly pathway programme schedules.

· Develop and conduct engaging laser and air shooting programmes for children aged 7–12.

· Coordinate coaches for each programme session including deployment, briefing and operational readiness.

· Guide coaches on appropriate coaching methodologies suitable for children's developmental stages.

· Continuously improve programme curriculum, activities and coaching approaches based on participant feedback and observations.

· Monitor participant engagement, learning progress and overall programme experience.

· Liaise closely with parents regarding programme matters, schedules and participant development.

· Coordinate venues, equipment readiness and programme logistics together with relevant administrators.

· Propose new pathway initiatives, holiday programmes anddevelopmental activities.

· Provide programme content and success stories to the MarketingExecutive for publicity and social media purposes.

• Work on weekends
• Willing to commute

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Possess Singapore citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residence (“SPR”)
• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma, preferably in sports management
• Preferably possess either provisional or full NROC certification (Any sport)
• Possess patience and knowledge in physical fitness, sports or early childhood, character education
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Prior recent experience coaching at any level for a minimum of one (1) year
• Prior experience in coaching children from as young as 7 years old
