Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to process shipping documentation and billing to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers
• Engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform monthly billing to customers
• Handle customers' billing queries
• Monitor and forecast inventory movement
• Liaise with customers on inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
• Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately
• Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
• Attend to customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirement

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping documentation and billing role in a 3rd party warehouse
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners
