Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries (walk-in & online)
• Conduct helper interviews and prepare biodata
• Arrange employer-helper interviews
• Match suitable candidates to employers
• Manage full placement process (sales to deployment)
• Handle MOM WP Online transactions & documentation
• Coordinate MOM appointments
• Provide after-sales support
• Maintain proper records (Excel & Word)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Requirements

• CEI (Basic) – compulsory
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Strong coordination and admin skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and team player
