Admin Assistant Needed at Little India & Tampines

Administration – Local & Foreign Labour

· To plan and manage the assigned sites daily labour supply administration jobs supports including migrant workers

· Ensure daily site admin jobs,documentation and attendances are met

· Be responsible for siteworkers to compliance with site rules and regulations and also the MOM

regulatory (if any) on safety, environmental requirement and so on

· To ensure all workers daily attendance record, overtime, deduction, medical and others are proper administer

· To complete and submit to HQ thesite daily, weekly and monthly attendance on time

· To compile all sites administration reports to site HOD or as required

· To administer all site workers administration, follow up requirement (if any)

· To ensure all documentations for site internal and external customers’ requirements are met

· Be proactive in respond/report any changes for enhancement and determine to meet the general HR policy in the Company & MOM Act or Labour Legislation for site

· To manage all site administration data and any records are updated correctly at all time

· Any other impromptu site admin reports, process as and when needed
