- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Lead the team and manage staff rostering / manpower
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery
- Manage inventory, costs and wastage
- Drive outlet sales and performance
Requirements
✅ Experience in Western restaurant operations
✅ Strong leadership and operational skills
✅ Wine knowledge / WSET is an advantage
