Job Description

• Manage and coordinate daily operational workflows to ensure seamless execution of business processes and timely delivery of services
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve operational challenges, and support business growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with operations management systems is advantageous
• Adaptable team player committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Possess own transport
