Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

Harry's seeks a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, maximize revenue, and lead staff training and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager and assistant manager in executing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Deliver attentive customer service by addressing guest needs and promoting current specials to enhance sales
• Manage and reconcile all cash transactions in the outlet during manager absence to maintain financial accuracy
• Coach and train new and existing staff to consistently apply Harry’s service and operational standards
• Execute proper opening and closing procedures to secure the outlet and prepare for daily operations
• Identify and report operational issues promptly to the manager for timely resolution
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and upkeep to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Lead recruitment efforts and conduct staff training to build a competent and motivated team
• Manage staff performance by providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
• Professional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
• Commitment to delivering quality service and possessing food and beverage knowledge
