Electrical Project Engineer -Pharmaceutical industry
Manages electrical, instrumentation, and control (E&I) systems for manufacturing plants, ensuring strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including cost estimation, scheduling via tools like MS Project, and budget control.
- Design & Review: Interpret User Requirement Specifications (URS), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and electrical schematic drawings.
- Compliance & Validation: Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) processes.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Prepare bidding documents, evaluate vendor proposals, and oversee on-site electrical construction and installation activities safely.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, and local electrical codes.
