Science Lab Assistant #Toa Payoh

Working hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 2.00 pm

Key Roles

• Prepare, set up, and pack away apparatus and materials

• Maintain two Science Rooms and TinkerSpace in clean, safe, and organised condition

• Label, store, and maintain equipment and consumables according to safety requirements

• Manage inventory, conduct stock-taking, and track usage of the resources

• Handle loan and return of apparatus/equipment with proper documentation

• Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and coordinate servicing/repairs with vendors

• Provide administrative support for Science Department

• Assist in logistics and implementation of Science programmes, exhibitions, competitions, and enrichment activities

• Support teachers during lessons and activities by operating related equipment

• Undertake other administrative, operational, or support duties as assigned by School Leaders or HODs

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with staff

• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience
