The Role

We are seeking a jovial, welcoming character to front our office reception. You will be the face and voice of our firm, creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring our daily office operations run flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Hospitality: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and partners, creating an inviting and professional atmosphere.

• Call & Mail Management: Handle incoming calls, manage general inquiries, and coordinate daily mail, courier services, and document distribution.

• File & Workflow Support: Manage and organize legal files with high precision, maintaining smooth document intake and accurate record-keeping.

• Character: A jovial, warm, and approachable personality with a strong team-first attitude. You value professional integrity and the human element in every interaction.

• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using modern digital tools and eager to learn new systems.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
