Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary

You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, coordinate with service staff, and maintain a pleasant dining environment to ensure a smooth front-of-house operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confirm reservations to provide accurate wait times
• Seat guests efficiently at appropriate tables to optimize table turnover
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, online, or in-person to maintain reservation accuracy
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow and dining experience
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area to enhance guest first impressions

  Shift will be for 44+6 overtime hours weekly.
