Admin / Personal Assistant / Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin / PA / Customer Service Executive to join our team.

This is a work-from-home role with only occasional physical meetings, approximately once or twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels
• Follow up with customers and clients
• Manage appointments, documents and basic records
• Assist with simple data entry and updating of systems
• Coordinate with the team and ensure tasks are followed up
• Provide general personal assistant and operational support to management
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Google Sheets and basic computer applications
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and company processes
• Previous admin, customer service or PA experience is an advantage

Working Arrangement

• Work From Home (WFH)
• Physical meeting approximately 1–2 times per month
• Flexible working arrangement, but must be responsive during agreed working hours
• Singapore-based preferred
