Job Summary

You will support sales and marketing teams by processing sales orders, managing customer communications, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors to enhance satisfaction and engagement
• Process and register sales orders accurately and follow through to ensure timely delivery
• Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing teams to facilitate daily operations
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team goals
• Research and compile information for reports and presentations as requested to support decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Customer service-oriented mindset to engage and assist clients effectively
• Ability to provide administrative support efficiently to maintain smooth workflows
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and teamwork to collaborate with colleagues and clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

- GCE 'O' & 'N' Level/ITE and Diploma graduates
- Prefer with experience

Other Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days work)
