Japanese Cuisine Kitchen Crew

Location: 18 Cross Telok Ayer, Singapore

Salary: $3,800 – $4,600/month, depending on experience

Working Days: 6 days per week

Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Job Scope

* Handle Hot Section and Cold Section operations

* Prepare and execute Japanese cuisine according to standards

* Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen standards

* Monitor and control food costs, including portioning and wastage

* Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning

* Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service

* Work closely with the management team on menu and operational improvements

* ⁠Menu and new dishes creation on a regular basis

Requirements

* Relevant experience in Japanese cuisine

* Strong knowledge of both hot and cold kitchen sections

* Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations

* Able to lead and manage kitchen staff

* Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher salary
