Deep Cement Mixing (DCM Operator)
About this job
Operate and monitor Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) equipment and piling machines in accordance with project specifications.
Ensure proper mixing of soil and cement slurry for ground improvement works (DCM)
Accurately install vertical drains to specified depth and layout (PVD)
Operate piling machinery to install foundation piles according to design specifications.
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all machinery to prevent downtime.
Adjust operational parameters to maintain quality, efficiency, and uniformity of work.
Maintain detailed records of production, installation progress, materials used, and equipment performance.
Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Strictly follow site safety, quality, and environmental regulations (WSH Act compliance)
