Marketing Assistant

Roadshow Planning & Execution

• - End-to-end planning, coordination and supervision ofcorporate and public roadshows
• - Develop schedules, timelines and contingency plans
• - Source agents, manage logistics, leads and on-ground execution
• - Enforce brand standards and messaging consistency

Business Development

• - Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities
• - Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies
• - Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
  

Outlet & Product Support

• - On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods
• - Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations
• - Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams
• - Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports
  

Others

• - Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required

工作职责

路演活动策划与执行（Roadshow Planning & Execution）

• 负责企业及公众路演活动的全流程策划、统筹及现场监督执行。
• 制定活动时间表、执行计划及应急预案（Contingency Plans）。
• 寻找及管理合作代理商，统筹物流安排、潜在客户（Leads）管理及现场执行工作。
• 确保所有活动符合品牌标准，并维持品牌形象及宣传信息的一致性。

业务发展（Business Development）

• 发掘及开发新的业务部门、合作机会及收入来源。
• 安排及协调合作伙伴会议，并协助推动业务增长策略。
• 进行市场调研、行业趋势分析及竞争对手分析（Benchmarking）。

门店与产品支援（Outlet & Product Support）

• 在产品发布及市场推广活动期间提供现场支援。
• 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店促销活动（In-store Activations）。
• 作为市场营销总部与各门店团队之间的主要沟通协调窗口。
• 监控销售表现，并于产品上市后整理及提交成效分析报告。

其他职责（Others）

• 完成公司安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc Duties）。
• 根据需要，协助跨部门项目及相关工作。
