Associate Trainer (AI Courses)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI training content, including both core/beginner and advanced levels.
• Deliver training in classroom or virtual settings, making complex AI tools accessible and relevant to learners.
• Conduct assessments, practical exercises, and real-world simulations to reinforce learning.
• Adapt training delivery according to learner profiles
• Maintain learner engagement, encourage participation, and monitor progress.
• Provide feedback to learners on projects, assignments, or AI tool usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and market needs.
• Track and report on learner outcomes, attendance, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Formal training/assessment certification (e.g. ACTA or equivalent) preferred.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience teaching (preferably 3 years) or training adult learners in AI / digital technology.
• Strong command of English; other languages (e.g. conversational Chinese) are a plus depending on learner demographics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and tools, making them practical for learners of varied backgrounds.
