About this job
- Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance ofvarioustechnology-base equipment.
- Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensurethetechnical equipment operates at its optimal performance.
- Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software useandaddress and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers.
- Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify therootsof technical issues.
- Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholdersinlayman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.
- Record and document instances of hardware failure,repair,installation and removal.
- Stay up to date with technical developments andadvancementsin allied fields.

working hours : 7:30am - 5:15pm (5.5 days)
