WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT NEEDED

Job Scope of a Warehouse Assistant

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
• Unload, sort, label, and store products in the correct locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load goods onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform stock counting and assist with inventory control.
• Update inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Forklift license (preferred or required for some positions).

• Location: Pioneer Sector Lane
• Workdays and Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800hrs to 1700hrs; Saturday, 0800hrs to 1200hrs
• Schedule Note: Upon confirmation, one Saturday off each month
• Salary: Basic $1800.00 plus $200.00 performance allowance; basic salary will be adjusted upon confirmation
