LORRY DRIVER

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver vegetables, fruits, and other food products to customers (e.g. wet markets, supermarkets, restaurants, and F&B outlets)
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to assigned routes and schedules
• Load and unload goods safely, including handling of perishable items
• Check and verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before and after delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the vehicle (especially for food safety compliance)
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh produce to avoid damage or spoilage
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g. fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure) and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company SOPs at all times
• Assist in warehouse duties when required (e.g. packing, sorting, stock loading)
• Collect payments or obtain customer signatures upon delivery where necessary
• Other job assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Have a Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving licence
• Prefer someone familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads eg. 30kg to 50kg
• Responsible, punctual, and with a good working attitude
• Prior experience in food distribution or delivery preferred
• Willing to work for night shift
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
