Job Description & Requirements

ConstructionManager responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and supervise construction site/field from prelinminary to hand-over.
• Monitoring workscopes on safety, work schedule and estimating work time
• Overseeing designated worksite admin, managing at team level and reporting to main office.

Company currently seeking a reliable Construction Supervisor to join our team and coordinate with our Contruction Manager office and coordinates with our work team. Site familiarisation program will be provided upon hiring.

In this designation, shall be responsible for planning work schedules executing and implementing as guidelines for the field and plan the workphase from start to finish on a timely and cost-effective objectives manner. Key responsibilities shall include work and manpower budgets, and daily work project scheduling.

As supervisor shall collaborate closely with company work sections ensuring smooth work execution. with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring that all construction activities align with the established timeline.

Dutie & Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct work projects from initial assessment to completion
• Review the workphase to schedule deliverables at given costs
• Oversee onsite constructions in compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct site team workers and subcontractors
• Meeting with Comapny's project objectives enhancing daily performance
• Monitor and record progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and report any emerging problems
• Implement, manage and mitigate risks at workplace
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements & Skills

• Proven working experience in construction field work management
• Good knowledge of construction workplace safety management
• Knowledge in building construction details and rules regulations and work quality standards
• Understanding of all phases of the construction process & progress
• Familiarity with construction management documentation
• Ability to coordinate with site and safety admin management
• Maintain good time keeping and project management skills

Diploma in construction safety management and years of construction work experience.
