Full stack Developer(React.JS and Python)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Build reusable and maintainable React components and front-end modules.
• Develop backend business logic, APIs, integrations, and database services using Python.
• Integrate React applications with Python-based REST APIs and third-party services.
• Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Develop unit and integration tests and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• React Hooks, Redux or similar state-management frameworks
• Responsive web application development
• REST API integration
• Experience with modern frontend build tools such as npm/Webpack

Backend

• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development
• Experience with API authentication and authorization
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and backend architecture

Database

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Good understanding of SQL, database design, and query optimization
• Exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage

DevOps / Cloud – Good to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in both React.js and Python.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a distributed team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to application security principles such as OAuth2/JWT.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.
• Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or other regulated industries would be an advantage.
