Dish Collector cum Kitchen Helper - Full / Part Time –Urgent!

Job Summary

Join our team as a Dish Collector cum Kitchen Helper to maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas and support kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clear used plates, bowls, and trays from Return Tray Racks to maintain workflow efficiency
• Separate used dishes and plates for collection by the Dish Washing Company to ensure proper sanitation
• Wash and sanitize cutlery, trays, and kitchen wares to uphold hygiene standards
• Clean dining areas including tables and chairs to provide a pleasant environment for customers
• Sweep and mop floors twice daily to maintain cleanliness and safety in the food shop
• Maintain hygiene standards in dining, back kitchen, and public areas to comply with health regulations
• Assist with basic food preparation and food packing as needed to support kitchen staff

We welcome :-

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations preferred but willing to learn
• Hardworking and reliable
• Physically fit to lift and stand but no age limited

Other Information

• Salary: $1850 - $2100 + CPF + Staff Meal
• Location: 460 Race Course Road (Boon Keng Area), 3 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT, accessible by various bus routes
• Working hours: 6 days/week (Tuesday to Sunday), 7 to 9 hours per shift
