Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop product and functional specifications for the company’s solutions and effectively promote them to:

   • Export distributors

   • End users

   • Property developers

   • Consultants

2. Manage overseas customer relationships, including:

   • Sales strategy development

   • Participation in roadshows and exhibitions

   • Coordination of logistics for international sales activities

3. Proactively identify early-stage project opportunities and position the company’s products for specification and adoption

4. Conduct market research and analysis, including:

   • Monitoring competitor activities

   • Identifying new business opportunities

   • Recommending strategies to grow market share

5. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager

6. Support the Sales Manager and management with ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with technical systems such as:

   • Building Management Systems (BMS)

   • Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems

   • Security systems

   • Fire alarm systems

   • Pro-sound / audio-visual systems

   • Public address systems

3. Strong technical knowledge and competency in the above domains

4. Proven experience in:

   • Project sales and/or

   • Product distribution sales

5. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

6. Established network or good contacts with users, property developers, and consultants

7. Proficient in MS Office applications

   • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, or CRM systems is an advantage

8. Highly proactive, resourceful, and driven, with a strong interest in exploring new business opportunities

9. Willingness to travel internationally
