Job Summary

The Digital Learning Operations Lead will manage SKOOL21’s Digital Learning Portal end-to-end, launching content and fostering a vibrant, safe community of teachers, students, and parents to drive ongoing engagement and platform success.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, and publish academic content including assessments, activities, and videos on the Digital Learning Portal
• Design and assemble interactive book pages using Canva and a block-based content studio, ensuring polished, child-friendly presentation
• Conduct quality assurance and cross-device testing on desktop, tablet, and mobile before content release
• Manage user accounts for students, teachers, parents, schools, and distributors, including bulk uploads at scale
• Provide first-line support to portal users and maintain an up-to-date FAQ and knowledge base
• Coordinate daily with development partners to resolve content and platform issues while safeguarding student data in compliance with PDPA and GDPR-K standards
• Own and grow the in-portal community by encouraging teacher collaboration and student project sharing
• Drive daily participation and active use by students, teachers, parents, and schools to generate valuable learning data
• Moderate the community to maintain a safe, positive, and age-appropriate environment, ensuring child safety at all times
• Produce web and social announcements and onboarding guides to activate and engage users
• Support the academic team occasionally with STEM demonstrations for parents, schools, and visitors in Singapore

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in LMS/CMS, e-learning content, edtech operations, or digital learning platform roles
• Proven hands-on experience building or managing content on learning platforms with strong quality assurance discipline
• Proficiency in Canva design, capable of working inside designs to build polished pages beyond template use
• Strong community engagement skills to activate and maintain a lively, safe online space
• Competence in bulk data operations and general digital tool fluency
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and maintain composure under launch pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in edtech, e-learning, or education publishing
• Familiarity with SCORM/LTI e-learning standards and authoring tools such as Articulate
• Awareness of data protection obligations under PDPA and/or GDPR
• Experience managing online communities, social channels, or user engagement programs
• Comfort reviewing AI-generated content and maintaining chatbot knowledge bases
