We're looking for an experienced Service Captain to lead by example, support the service team, and ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

• Stanley Street – 11/12 Stanley Street, Singapore 068730

⏰ Working Schedule

• 44 hours per week
• 5-day work week

🌟 What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver consistently high standards.
• Create memorable dining experiences through warm, attentive, and professional hospitality.
• Recommend food, specialty coffee, wines, and beverages confidently to guests.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless service.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Assist in training new team members and foster a positive team culture.

👤 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and enjoys working in a dynamic team.
