This role is the key liaison across the clients, PHD finance and local media planning teams.

This role reports to the Account Director and sits within the media team. Your Reporting Manager will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities

• This role specializes in looking after heavy numbers/information (budgets, spends/plans) and processes
• This role looks after key tasks in the overall account management scope of the team (deliverables to different stakeholders, budgets)
• Address any issues on PO/budget movement
• Address any issues on finance and invoicing
• Support and liaise with client team for Finance Audit
• Manage all media plans related processes and queries
• Verify vendor invoices & actualise into respective plans
• Advise finance on the allocation of vendor invoices into respective plans
• Ensures financial stewardship across local teams
• Owner of finance operation processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with planners and ensure accuracy of budget management and tracking
