Admin Executive

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management to facilitate seamless communication within the engineering division.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records that contribute to project tracking and business analytics.
• Support procurement activities by liaising with suppliers and managing inventory records to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials for maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects.
• Handle confidential company information with utmost discretion and professionalism, adhering to data protection policies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting compliance documents and reports according to company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with various teams including project management, finance, and engineering to foster a cohesive and efficient workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g. MS Office Suite) and familiarity with document management systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
