Job Summary

You will perform precise on-site glass measurements, install and repair glass products, provide effective customer service, and collaborate with teams to meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark glass accurately on-site to prepare for installation or repair
• Read and interpret drawings and glass specifications to guide installation and servicing tasks
• Install, dismantle, or repair glass and mirror products in residential and commercial settings as assigned
• Apply independent judgment to resolve customer issues promptly and deliver effective service
• Provide administrative support to maintain customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency
• Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to coordinate business operations and fulfill customer requirements
• Manage team members and resolve on-site problems to ensure smooth project execution
• Work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Local Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for job-related travel)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry or related field in Singapore
• Basic multilingual communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and teams
• High attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and quality workmanship

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
