Webbe International is recruiting for these positions on behalf of our clients in the banking and financial services sector. The client’s identity will remain confidential and will be shared with suitable candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Relationship Managers for its wealth management business. Several opportunities are available for Relationship Managers based in Singapore, with coverage across either the Singapore domestic market or selected Southeast Asian markets. The successful candidates will manage and develop affluent and high-net-worth client relationships within their respective markets. Our Private Banking clients are looking for Relationship Managers with strong HNW and UHNW clients.

Your Mission

• Be a trusted adviser, delivering full-service banking solutions and executing complex transactions for affluent and high-net-worth clients. For our Private Banking clients, some of these are more focused on UHNW clients.

• Take ownership of performance targets relating to revenue, assets under management (AUM), product alignment, client satisfaction and cost control.

• Expand the client franchise and grow wallet share by working with investment and product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.

• Ensure that all activities comply with applicable internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Acquire new client relationships while deepening existing relationships to grow AUM and revenue.

• Build cross-business networks to deliver seamless solutions across products, markets and regulatory environments.

Your Track Record

• Relevant relationship management experience in wealth management.

• A demonstrated ability to establish new client relationships and manage existing relationships to generate new AUM and revenue.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage direct client interactions and solve complex problems.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including sound financial and numerical skills.

• A client-focused, detail-oriented and resourceful approach.

• Good knowledge of financial markets and wealth-management products.
