ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISOR

Review and coordinate all architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and local building codes.

· Manage the distribution and revision control of drawings and technical documents, ensuring that the latest approved versions are always available to site teams and subcontractors.

· Identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP systems during the design and construction phases.

Site Support & Quality Control

· Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with design intent, approved samples, and quality standards.

· Provide timely technical solutions for site-related architectural issues, including preparing sketch details or alternative proposals when required.

· Participate in inspections of architectural finishes, waterproofing, façade systems, and other critical works to ensure compliance with specifications.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

· Facilitate regular coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to track progress, address concerns, and align expectations.

· Relay design instructions and technical clarifications clearly to site supervisors and trade foremen.

· Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and action trackers to ensure all outstanding items are followed up promptly.

Schedule & Progress Monitoring

· Assist in developing architectural work schedules and monitor actual progress against planned milestones.

· Proactively identify potential delays and coordinate with relevant parties to implement corrective measures.
