Quantity Surveyor (Commercial ID, A&A, D&B)

Job Description & Requirements

• Generation and submission of client-bound quotations based on projects (i.e. Design/Build or Alterations & Additions); Schedule of Rates &/ or Star Rates.
• Sourcing of quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
• Assessment and preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, and final accounts consolidation.
• Review and liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager throughout the project cycle.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, users, relevant authorities during the various project cycle's phases, attend progress meetings as required.

• Additional Requirements:
• ID Cost survey experience is a must
• Good grasp of ID A&A Work and Design + Build process
• Possess a Diploma and /or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Quick analytical thinking
• Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS and /or Singapore contract laws
• Very proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• More than 4 years' experience in preparing and administering tenders &/or private contracts
