SYSTEM ARCHITECT

•Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Computer science

•10+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems in banking domain, preferably private banking/wealth management

•Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann

•Strong collaboration skills across hierarchy levels and organizational boundaries

•Very good knowledge and experience in modern web technologies
•Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as Java EE, spring boot, databases like Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL, integration technologies like IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, event streaming platform like Apache Kafka

•Domain Knowledge on Financial / Capital Markets is a plus.

•Knowledge on Data Policy and Standards: Establishing data policies and standards to align with business objectives and technological capabilities is good to have

•Experience in implementing cloud native applications

•Experience in implementing DevOps principles in the organisation

•Experience in implementing Machine Learning based solutions is good to have
•Able to explain designs and solutions to developers and business users alike

•Strong leadership skills in matrix organizational setup, ability to lead, mentor and coach team members and developers.

•Passionate and efficient self-learner in order to adopt new technologies and methodologies to create business value
