Job Description
1. Support development of business strategies
- Conduct quantitative research to inform business development plans.
- Analyze pursuits' impact on business and propose tailored distribution approaches.
- Develop KPIs and monitor progress during implementation.
2. Enhance business portfolio
- Provide market feedback to grow channels and increase sales.
- Assess business performance, analyze gaps, and collaborate to optimize processes.
- Research market movements, competitors, and economic landscape for new opportunities.
3. Explore new business opportunities
- Leverage networks to identify new opportunities and develop venture proposals.
- Review financial modeling, due diligence reports, and engage with partners for new ventures.
4. Drive collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
- Propose departmental budgets, implement recruitment efforts, and develop corporate governance measures.
- Evaluate technology trends for productivity improvement and revise workplace technology approaches.
- Review work processes and procedures for effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Drive business-to-business marketing
- Drive marketing strategies targeting business clients.
6. Drive business-to-customer marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting end consumers.
7. Develop new business channels
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze consumer interest levels and execute data-mining activities.
- Prepare insight reports and track business outcomes based on data-driven insights.
8. Manage raw material source procurement
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in Vietnam for marine seafood raw materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all raw material procurement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the region.
- Monitor market conditions affecting raw material availability and pricing.
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices aligned with company values and industry regulations.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and above.
- Prior working experience in the marine seafood-related industry. Added advantages for candidates with prior experience with global/local markets.
- Must have superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills, and event planning experience.
- Business proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required as this role involves liaising with counterparts in China for source procurement activities.

- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to 1 pm (5.5 days)
