Account Executive (General Insurance - Financial Risk Solutions)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive for Financial Risk Solutions. In this role, you will support client management, assist in structuring complex financial lines insurance solutions (e.g., D&O, Professional Indemnity, Cyber Risk and others), and work closely with senior leadership to service a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client & Portfolio Support: Service day-to-day corporate client accounts, draft risk profiles, prepare policy documentation, and assist in coverage reviews and renewals.
• Underwriting Engagement: Liaise directly with local underwriters in the Singapore market to gather quotes, negotiate terms, and compare coverage options.
• Business Growth Support: Assist senior brokers in preparing client presentations, tender documents, and cross-selling proposals to meet team revenue targets.
• Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate policy records and ensure all placement files adhere strictly to MAS regulations and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law/Computer Science or Information Technology/Accountancy or Business Administration/Banking & Finance/Risk Management/ or any other discipline. Mandatory Singapore regulatory certifications (e.g., CGI, BCP, ComGI) are also required.
• Experience: 2–3 years of broking or underwriting experience, preferably with exposure to Financial Lines/Financial Risk Solutions and/or General Insurance (e.g. Industrial All Risks).
• Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of e.g., D&O, PI, MedMal and Cyber Insurance products in the Singapore market.
• Skills: Strong analytical, administrative, and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
