Customer Service Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, organized, and reliable Front Desk / Customer Service Executive to oversee center operations, handle parent communications, and support student growth. This role offers a direct, fast-track career path to Centre Manager for individuals seeking long-term operational and leadership growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Parent Engagement: Promptly handle parent inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails. Build strong rapport with parents, explain enrichment programs, and manage registrations.

• Front Desk & Admin Operations: Manage daily front desk duties, student check-ins, fee collections, invoicing, and payment receipts.

• Centre Management: Maintain organized student records, track attendance, and manage inventory for teaching materials and office supplies.

• Career Progression: Demonstrating strong performance, reliability, and leadership will lead to potential advancement into senior administrative or centre operational management roles over time.

Requirements

• Work Eligibility: Must possess valid work authorization to work in Singapore (Note: This position does not offer work pass sponsorship, such as EP or S Pass).

• Education: Minimum SPM / GCE 'O' Level certificate or equivalent, with a track record of clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents and international families regarding curriculum details and student progress.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working peak operational hours (evenings/weekends).
