Education Consultant (Sales) | Basic + Uncapped Commission

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established training and education provider in Singapore and are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join their growing sales team as Education Consultants.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through roadshows, events and assigned locations
• Understand customers' learning and upskilling needs
• Recommend suitable training courses and programmes
• Provide clear information on courses, subsidies and enrolment processes
• Follow up with interested customers and support their enrolment
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable approaching new people
• Sales-driven and motivated by targets and incentives
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales, retail, roadshow, events or customer service experience is an advantage
• No relevant experience required; training will be provided
