Job Description:
- Design, review and coordinate fire alarm and detection systems, including addressable fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, sounders and interfaces.
- Design/coordinate emergency power supplies, fire pumps, fire alarm power, emergency lighting and related electrical systems.
- Coordinate fire protection systems with M&E, ACMV, architectural, structural and plumbing services.
- Prepare electrical schematics, layouts, equipment schedules, calculations, technical specifications and shop drawings.
- Ensure designs and installations comply with SCDF/FSSD requirements, Singapore Fire Code, relevant Singapore Standards and NFPA standards where applicable.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, Qualified Persons (QPs), Registered Inspectors (RIs) and authorities.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, testing and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot fire alarm/electrical system faults and provide technical solutions.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and as-built drawings.
- Prepare testing/commissioning reports, inspection documentation and O&M manuals.
- Support project tenders, quotations, variation orders and technical submissions.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors and site coordination for larger projects.

Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Construction or equivalent
- M & E Experience preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience with Fire Alarm Industry
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Experience in Electrical Works, Fire Alarm System Installation and Maintenance
- Knowledge of fire alarm system components, such as control panels, detectors, notification devices, and initiating devices
- Physically fit
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Interpersonal and Problem-solving
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- To communicate complex technical ideas and non-technical audiences
