PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Job Scope

• Work with management in coordinating and planning journal production activities.
• Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Provide administration assistance to Production Managers when needed.
• Prepare and review internal documentations for management and production staffs.
• Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
• Proofread company documents before printing and releasing.
• Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions.
• Responsible for weekly manpower planning.
• Stay current on company projects and branding.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in relevant field of study.
• Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry market and conditions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
