Software Engineer (Systems Architecture)

You will work alongside experienced engineers throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from system design and architecture to implementation, optimization, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems and scalable system architectures.
• Analyze hardware and software resource requirements to achieve optimal system performance and reliability.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize multi-threaded and multi-core applications for performance and scalability.
• Design and optimize databases and data processing pipelines.
• Perform system profiling, debugging, benchmarking, and performance tuning across software components.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and engineering practices that improve product quality and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with strong understanding of system design and software architecture.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with multi-threaded and multi-core programming.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or other relational database systems, including data modelling and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient and scalable systems.
• Passion for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
• Curiosity to explore modern development tools, automation, and AI technologies that improve engineering productivity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a dynamic engineering team.
• Familiarity with writing testable code and applying software engineering best practices.
