Business Analyst (4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

You will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements to support solution development and implementation
• Model business processes using BPMN to visualize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Apply UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies to structure project deliverables and timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Utilize knowledge of programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to communicate effectively with development teams
• Use development and analysis tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to support project execution and data visualization
• Communicate analytical findings and project documentation clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory)
• Experience with UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC frameworks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with programming technologies: JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP
• Experience using Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
