Operations Engineer

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2technical support via phone, chat, ticketing system, and on-site visits, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests in JIRA (or equivalent ticketing system),maintaining clear documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions; escalate to Level 3 support where necessary.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems and applications; perform routine hardware maintenance and software housekeeping, including patching and updates.
• Administer Network-AttachedStorage systems, including shared folders, user access permissions, and backup monitoring.
• Support and manageMobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for company and client devices.
• Support IT infrastructure deployment projects, system rollouts, and new office setups.
• Maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs).
• Provide training for end-users on system usage and IT best practices.
• Travel to client sites across Singapore to provide hands-on technical support and project implementation.

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering,Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for IT are welcome — training will be provided to build up to Level 2support and network configuration work. Prior experience in IT support, network engineering, or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage, particularly hands-on exposure to routers, switches, or firewalls.
• CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are a plus, though not required.
• Experience configuring or designing workflows in JIRA or a similar ticketing system will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin required to communicate effectively withMandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to travel on-site to client locations across Singapore; possession of a valid driver's licence or own transport is an advantage.
