Quantitative Researcher (UX and Website Analytics)
About this job
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher (UX and Website Analytics) to help uncover meaningful user insights that drive product and experience decisions. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user needs, validate solutions, and shape digital experiences through evidence-based research.
You will lead and execute both qualitative and quantitative research, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support product teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Research & Insights
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research including:
User interviews
Surveys
Usability testing (web & mobile)
A/B testing
Card sorting and concept testing
Synthesise research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Combine research data with analytics, CSAT, and behavioural metrics to inform decisions.
📊 Strategy & Analysis
Apply mixed-methods research to create a holistic view of user behaviour.
Support product strategy with evidence-based insights.
Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across multiple products.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
Present research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in design workshops, ideation sessions, and product reviews.
📑 Communication & Documentation
Produce research reports, insights decks, journey maps, and documentation.
Translate insights into practical design and business recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in UX Research or related roles.
Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proven ability to synthesise insights from surveys, analytics, and usability studies.
Solid understanding of UX principles, service design, and user-centred design.
Experience creating:
Journey maps
Service blueprints
Process flows
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Good to Have
Degree or certification in UX, HCI, Service Design, or related fields.
Experience with advanced quantitative research methods.
Exposure to large-scale digital platforms or product ecosystems.
Experience working in agile or product-led organisations.
