我们正在寻找一名积极主动、结果导向的 商务拓展 & 电商运营专员 加入新加坡团队。

该岗位将同时参与品牌的电商平台运营、TikTok达人合作、Affiliate营销及线上商务拓展，协助推动品牌在新加坡及东南亚市场的持续增长。

主要工作职责

电商平台运营

• 负责 TikTok Shop、Shopify 等线上销售渠道的日常运营

• 维护产品 Listing、价格、促销活动及相关页面信息

• 跟进订单、库存、物流及客户售后相关事项

• 参与平台促销活动、新品上市及营销活动

• 跟踪店铺销售额、转化率、GMV等核心数据

• 整理日常销售及运营数据

• 根据数据表现持续优化店铺运营，提高销售及转化

商务拓展 & 达人合作

• 开发 TikTok、Instagram 等社交媒体平台的优质达人

• 建立并维护 KOL、KOC、Affiliate及直播达人合作关系

• 主动联系潜在达人并洽谈合作

• 沟通佣金、寄样、内容合作及营销活动

• 跟进产品寄样、视频发布及内容上线

• 跟踪达人带货数据及销售转化表现

• 持续建立和维护达人资源库

• 寻找新加坡市场新的线上合作及业务增长机会

任职要求

• Diploma / Degree，商业、市场营销、电商、传媒等相关专业优先

• 1–3年电商、Business Development、Digital Marketing或Social Media相关经验优先

• 优秀应届毕业生或有相关实习经验者也欢迎申请

• 熟悉 TikTok、TikTok Shop、Shopify 或其他电商平台者优先

• 对社交媒体及达人营销有较强兴趣

• 愿意主动开发达人及潜在合作伙伴

• 具备良好的沟通、商务洽谈及关系维护能力

• 良好的英文书面及口语沟通能力

• 中文沟通能力良好者优先，工作中可能需要与中文业务伙伴进行沟通

• 做事细心、有责任心，具备良好的执行及跟进能力

• Self-motivated，能够独立推进工作

• 能够适应快速发展的业务环境

• 申请人需具备在新加坡合法工作的资格

Business Development & E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

You will drive growth for a fast-growing consumer electronics brand by managing e-commerce operations and developing partnerships with content creators and affiliates across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and social media platforms in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other online sales channels to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign details to optimize sales
• Coordinate order processing, inventory management, fulfilment, and customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate actively in platform campaigns and product launches to boost brand visibility
• Monitor store performance metrics including sales and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare sales and performance reports to inform strategic decisions
• Identify and implement improvements to increase gross merchandise value (GMV)

Business Development & Creator Partnerships

• Identify and engage TikTok, Instagram, and other social media creators to expand brand reach
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), key opinion consumers (KOCs), affiliates, and livestream creators to drive collaborations
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, product seeding, and campaign opportunities to maximize partnership value
• Coordinate sample deliveries and follow up on content publication to ensure campaign effectiveness
• Monitor creator performance and sales conversion to optimize partnership outcomes
• Maintain a pipeline of potential creators and partners for sustained business growth
• Explore and develop new online business and partnership opportunities within Singapore

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid work authorization to work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Social Media
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment
• Internship experience or relevant communication skills for fresh graduates
• Mandarin communication skills to facilitate coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
