Western & Fusion Cook

Join our kitchen team at our F&B outlet in the Marine Parade area, preparing Western and fusion dishes while supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Western and fusion dishes according to company recipes, portioning and presentation standards.

• Assist with daily food preparation, mise-en-place and kitchen operations.

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.

• Assist with stock receiving, inventory, ordering and wastage recording.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

• Keep workstations and equipment clean and well-maintained.

• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with or without experience are welcome; training will be provided.

• Experience in Western, fusion or similar cuisine is an advantage.

• Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.

• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and portioning.

• Responsible, positive and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good personal grooming and hygiene standards.

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
