We are looking for a skilled and motivated QS Cum Drafter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates
- Prepare quotations and BOQs
- Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings for aluminium/glass works
- Coordinate drawings with site and production teams
- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements
- Assist with project costing and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in Aluminium & Glass / Façade / Construction is a must
- Knowledge of quantity take-off, estimation and BOQ preparation
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
