Client Engagement Executive

About the Client Engagement Executive Role

The Client Engagement Executive role involves two main functions:

1. Operational & administrative tasks related to onboarding of customers.

· Collection of customer information

· Upload customer information into IBF/TPG online system

· Update sales & other databases through internet and social media search

· Distribute sales kit, take attendance, photo taking at training venue

· Set up training venue

2. Support activities around reaching out to prospects and existing clients for cross selling

· Setting up of meetings over email, telephone, WhatsApp & calendar invites

· Photo taking during client engagement

· Calling of clients to seek feedback/availability

· Sending letters and mailers to clients/prospects.

· Hand delivery of letters/invitation during concurrent training g

· Creating and editing content for social media

Essential:

· Attention to detail

· Willingness to learn AI and use Claude on a day-to-day basis

· Prior administrative (secretary/PA) or sales experience (FA) with insurance/FA agency (Prudential, Great Eastern or AIA) or with insurance broker

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Entrepreneurial & learning mindset

· Energy, Enthusiasm & Initiative

· Proficient in use of social media, particularly Instagram
