Admin Assistant

We are a growing wholesale company supplying medical products in Singapore.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to support our daily office and order-processing operations.

Job Scope

• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and other related documents
• Process customer orders and ensure invoice details are accurate
• Upload, send and file invoices and delivery documents
• Coordinate with warehouse and drivers on daily deliveries
• Data entry and general administrative work
• Assist with inventory records and stock documentation
• Support e-commerce order processing when required
• Occasionally assist with light warehouse work such as checking, counting or arranging goods

Requirements

• Honest, responsible and reliable
• Careful and detail-oriented, especially when preparing invoices
• Able to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, email and WhatsApp
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Prior admin, invoicing or order-processing experience is preferred
• Willing to assist with different operational tasks when required

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
1-hour lunch break
