Marketing & Sales Manager (Rice, Fibre, Oil & Dried food items)

• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products
• Anticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budget
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to communicate in Thai will be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge on Thailand/Myanmar products will be an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales, wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred
• Willing to do rotating shift work
• Able to work longer hours in term og urgent orders.
• Must be willing to work on weekends/PH if needed.
• Deep understanding of category terminology, market trends and industry.
• Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in the warehouse.
• Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills.
• Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strive towards meeting/exceeding sales goals and monthly sales target.
• Customer-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication, networking and negotiation skills.
