Senior / Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
• Manage daily finance and banking operations including payment uploads and resolving related queries
• Prepare and submit GST and other statutory filings in compliance with regulations
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely collections
• Maintain fixed asset listing
• Generating and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Management
• Assist in monthly and year end reporting
• Ensure compliance to local accounting standards
• Support full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll and general HR administration
• Oversee general office administration to maintain smooth operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or relevant certificate in Accounting
• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounts and HR
• Good understanding of local accounting standards and local manpower regulations
• Knowledge in Singapore Corporate Tax and GST
• Familiar with SAP system an advantage
• Meticulous, independent and positive working attitude
